Privacy Policy
Effective 9 January 2026
This policy explains what personal data Pearster LLC collects through pearster.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website. Data we process once you become a client, a candidate or an employee is covered separately.
Who we are
Pearster LLC, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 301, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States, is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to hello@pearster.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we ask for your first name, last name, work email address, job title, company, company size, hiring timeline, the roles you are looking to fill, and how you heard about us. We also record which page you submitted the form from. Every field is required.
The form includes one hidden field that is never shown to you and exists only to catch automated submissions. If it is completed, the submission is discarded and nothing is stored.
If you email us, call us, or book a meeting through our scheduling link, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that exchange.
Our host records standard technical information for every visit, including your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and reports on how the site is used.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss whether we can help.
- To understand which services and pages people are interested in, so we can improve them.
- To keep the site working and to prevent automated abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Who we share it with
We share personal data with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to enquiries — currently Google, Netlify, Clutch and Contentful. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Our open roles are hosted on a separate Teamtailor site. Following that link takes you off pearster.com, and anything you submit there is handled under the policy shown on that site.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them for analytics, and the Clutch review widget may set its own on the pages where it appears. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and the site will continue to work.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless we are working together, in which case we keep them for as long as the relationship continues and for any period the law requires afterwards. After that they are deleted.
Where your data is held
We are based in the United States and our providers store data there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and stored in the United States.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to hello@pearster.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, Pearster LLC is the controller of your personal data, and we rely on the following legal bases: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and in keeping this site secure, your consent for analytics cookies, and compliance with legal obligations where these apply.
In addition to the choices above, you have the right to object to or restrict our use of your data, the right to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Personal data transferred to the United States is protected by standard contractual clauses with the providers concerned.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and revise the effective date shown at the top.
