Employer of Record

You found them. We employ them.

Compliant employment without an entity.

You have the person. What you do not have is a legal entity where they live. We become their employer of record and carry the paperwork — while they work for you, report to you and sit inside your team. We take on the compliance, never the direction.

What’s included

The employment layer, and nothing you did not ask for.

Compliant employment contracts

Drafted to the rules that apply where the person actually lives, so the relationship is sound from the first day.

Payroll, withholdings and statutory benefits

Salary paid on time, local tax withheld correctly, and the benefits the law requires — administered, not just calculated.

Ongoing labor-law compliance and filings

Rules change. Staying current with them is our obligation, and it does not become a project on your side when they do.

Offboarding, handled to local rules

Ending an employment relationship is where most compliance risk sits. We run it properly, including notice and final settlements.

How it works

Set up once, then it runs quietly.

01

Scope

You tell us who you want to employ, where they are and on what terms. We confirm what the local rules require.

02

Contract

We issue a compliant employment contract that reflects your terms and satisfies local law, and the person signs with us.

03

Onboard

Payroll, tax registration and statutory benefits are set up before their start date, so day one is a work day.

04

Run

Monthly payroll, filings and ongoing compliance, carried by us. You manage the person and the work.

FAQ

Questions about employer of record.

If you have neither the candidate nor the entity, Recruiting and Employer of Record are usually bought together.

An Employer of Record is the legal employer of a worker on your behalf. We hold the employment contract, run payroll, withhold local taxes, administer statutory benefits and stay compliant with local labor law. The person works for you day to day — you direct their work, set their priorities and manage their performance.
